- Dunno if this includes source, but RFM0310.ZIP is available for XA file
- request from 1:343/33 and 1:343/34. The sources are probably available
- elsewhere if not in this archive, and I've seen the package around
- elsewhere. (Ask questions on the Fido backbone UNIX conference, several
- people use it there, and the author occasionally posts an
- announcement.)
