  11. August and Respected Colleagues!  I'm having a terrible time
  12. uucp-ing from my Coherent 3.2.1 to my local newsfeed, highlite.
  13. gotham.com(the computer from which I'm sending this).  I can send
  14. stuff from home to highlite just fine, but when my uucp tries to
  15. grab highlites's, there are lots of (lost packets) and (out of
  16. order) messages when I "verbose" at level 7.  The sysop at highlite
  17. swears it is my uucp and I have to believe him, esp after a couple
  18. of experiments.

  20. I have read here tales of uusecure.tar.Z and other fixes, but are
  21. they available for 3.2.1?  I don't find them in Contents.news(wrong
  22. name, but you know what I mean)

  24. A bit of diagnostic info.  The unsuccessful transaction leaves TM.*
  25. files in /usr/spool/uucp.  Sometimes these files are 384 bytes,
  26. sometimes they are 4224 bytes; 4224 = 11 * 384.
