- The problem is the keyboard driver which doesn't need to use scan
- code set 3 at all. MWC has released a fix (kbd40.tar on Raven and MWCBBS)
- and it fixes things just fine. I suppose keyboard makers (even expensive
- ones) try to save money since all they really care about is making sure it
- runs OK under DOS/Windows crud.
