  12. I'm hoping someone out there might have come across a problem similar to mine
  13. and can lend a helping hand.  I have my KORG 01/W connected to my PC (a 486sx
  14. 25 mhz Gateway 2000 with 4mb RAM and 170mb HDD) which is running Cakewalk Pro
  15. for windows.

  17. My problem is this.... Whenever I send a sysex dump to my keyboard, I get an
  18. error message on the KORG "ERROR: System Exclusive".  I'm dumping sequence
  19. data containing all programs and velocity,pan, etc...data.  KORG thought it 
  20. might be my operating system, and I upgraded the ROM ship from version #21 to
  21. #38, but the problem still exists.

  23. I can play songs, and the computer and keyboard seem to be communicating just
  24. fine until I try sending a sysex dump to the keyboard.
