  26. The workshop was held 11/12-13 in San Diego & the proceedings will be
  27. published by Springer-Verlag sometime during 1993.

  29. Preliminary copies of the proceedings were handed out during the
  30. workshop.  I don't know whether extras are available (for $$ or
  31. otherwise).  Try sending e-mail to av-workshop@cs.ucsd.edu asking about
  32. copies.
