  16. A user of the system that I am postmaster for has complained to me that he
  17. is not notified when mail comes in addressed to his alias.  Specifically,
  18. when mail comes in addressed to luser@site (the actual name) the user is
  19. biffed, but when mail comes in addressed to userl@site, he is not.  The
  20. entry in the aliases file reads
