  23. It's the result of feeding a bad header-- the "+45722724" is
  24. bogus, but resembles a +hhmm time offset from UT.

  26. The display of the date is clearly a user agent (ucbmail, in
  27. your case) issue. Most likely the bogus field is being
  28. interpreted as an offset of 45 hours, 722724 minutes (about a
  29. year and a half).
