- It's the result of feeding a bad header-- the "+45722724" is
- bogus, but resembles a +hhmm time offset from UT.

- The display of the date is clearly a user agent (ucbmail, in
- your case) issue. Most likely the bogus field is being
- interpreted as an offset of 45 hours, 722724 minutes (about a
- year and a half).
