- This assumes store-and forward, something which is getting
- less and less poplular at time passes, and was never part of
- the RFC world anyway. Indeed, even my local uucp net is
- quickly turning into an ip/slip net...
- If a store-and-forward system like uucp is used, the reliability
- is surprizingly high (a few messages a year go missing when someone
- blows a disk). It's some other *@$#%!*!^#5 systems that poste the problems
- and make return receipts necessary.

- Please note that most commercial PC mailrs provide themm. There's
- a reason for that (:-()
