  13. I'm putting together an FAQ for MIME (RFC 1341), the "multipurpose
  14. internet mail extensions" that lets people send and receive multi-media
  15. electronic mail (voice, sound, binary attachments, etc.)
  16.  
  17. I would like to include an "official" or "semi-official" report on how
  18. MIME is supported in ELM, what the status of the patches or main
  19. release distribution of MIME support are, and generally if and when
  20. it's going to be in general release.
