  15. can anybody help me with a PD/Shareware tool to convert
  16. raster graphics (e.g. TIF,GIF,PCX or any other) to a vector
  17. graphics format (PostScript would be good, but any other will
  18. help a lot!!!).
  19. The tool shoul run either on a PC or any popular Workstation
  20. (SUN, DEC, ...).
