  11. Does anyone have an electronic copy of either Pitteway's 1967 algorithm for 
  12. drawing ellipses and hyperbolae, or Van Aken's rework of same?  Either a
  13. copy of the algorithm or a sample implementation would be appreciated as 
  14. would any recommendations for alternative preferred solutions.  Before anyone
  15. tells me I am aware that the algorithm is discussed in Foley and Van Dam but
  16. I am looking for something more complete.
