  27. [Moderator's Note: Caller-ID is considered an Evil and Bad Thing in
  28. PA. A judge there ruled that Socially Responsible people would not use
  29. it since it is 'an illegal tap and trace' device. There are devices to
  30. do what you want and various software programs as well, but if you are
  31. in PA, you can forget it.  What do PA and CA have in common? I'll let
  32. John H. respond to that.
