  16. This isn't true -- Telebit has started shipping the T3000/WorldBlazer
  17. FAX upgrades, although I'm not sure that you can buy a T3000 or WB
  18. with the FAX ROMs already installed.

  20. I should also point out that Toby is an engineer, not a marketroid.
  21. He doesn't write the press releases, but posts them because he thinks
  22. that they will be of interest to the people reading this group.  I
  23. would hate to see Toby stop participating because people keep flaming
  24. him personally for Hayes' actions.

  29. Bundled software usually is.  I actually wish modem makers would stop
  30. bundling commercial software with their modems -- it just makes the
  31. modem cost more, and doesn't do anything for the people who don't run
  32. MS-DOS or already have software.  Supra seems to be doing one thing
  33. right in this regard; you can get a Supra V.32bis FAXmodem with PC
  34. software, with Mac software, or without software entirely.
