  12. I recently recieved and setup a ZyXEL U-1496E under the sysop program
  13. and have been very happy with it, almost. I set it up under FrontDoor
  14. 2.02/NC and Maximus 2.01wb, it works great for mail and as a data modem,
  15. but I have had problems with the fax recieve. I set it up almost exactly
  16. as shown in the document on ZyXEL's BBS called ZYXEL202.EXE. What
  17. happens is the modem answers, connects, the mailer drops out with
  18. the proper errorlevel and RCVFAX seems to recieve the fax, although
  19. the filename of the fax and the fax speed are not shown, but no file
  20. and nothing is printed and the log shows as below. I am using ZFAX 2.1 
  21. dated 22SEP92. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am told our mailer
  22. is buggy, so mail may bounce to sswiss@milo.nodak.edu, use 
  23. sswiss%milo@plains.nodak.edu or just post here, I regularily read this
  24. newsgroup.
