  19. I have them and can only suggest them for SLIP connections.  USR Screwed
  20. up when they decided to only support Fax Class 1, and their lack of any
  21. involvement in the UUCP world (as compared to other vendors) is hurting
  22. them in this market.

  24. They are good modems, but at a premium price.  The Telebits are overall
  25. excellent modems in the same price as the USR -- so they get my vote..
