- *My* Sportster 14,400 works with Winfax. As a matter of fact,
- before I bought the Sportster, I called Delrina to confirm that it
- would.
-
- My problem is that we have had two Sportster 14,400 w/FAX and one
- Shared Access (built on same chassis) go up in smoke. All three
- displayed the same symptoms. It took forever to get through to USR
- customer support and, when I finally did, they told me to expect to
- wait 6-8 weeks for replacements. We returned the Sportsters
- (except the one I kept) to the dealer and the replacement Shared
- Access was returned in 5 weeks from USR. At the time, we were
- considering replacing over 100 UDS Motorola v32/42bis modems with
- the Sportsters.
