  10. Hello.
  11. I thank the ones of you that replied to my message asking about the 
  12. quality of Zoom modems.  Half of you that replied said that I should get 
  13. it and that it was reliable and the other half was the opposite.  That 
  14. sort of tells me that ONLY half of the people that get Zoom modems are 
  15. happy with them!
  16. I a VERY good deal on a Boca modem recently for the same price as the 
  17. other Zoom modem I found.  
  18. The deal was a 14.4 Boca modem(internal) with all the kinds of 
  19. compression and correction with speeds up to 57,600 for 220$.  Although 
  20. it didn't say anything about it containing a UART(whatever that is, but I 
  21. thought it might be important since it is talked about so much here. I 
  22. read it all but... oh well...).
