  34. The only *charge* for warranty repairs on a PM14400FX (or FXSA) is $12 or
  35. $15 (I can't recall which it is) to cover handling and return postage,
  36. which is not unreasonable IMHO.  Parts and labor are covered under the
  37. warranty - they are FREE.  Be careful before you generalize over all PPI
  38. modems which have a lifetime warranty...
