- I noticed in a post (that I don't seem to be able to find) here a
- suggestion to get an external modem. Doesn't make much sense to me; what's
- the difference other than having an external display of current modem
- conditions? If nothing else, the lack of an UART in the external models is a
- strike against them; chews up an external serial port. I've got plenty of
- expansion space in my Zeos 386, but only 1 extra serial port. Of course, not
- many other things seem to need that port...

- Does the Digicom Scout have problems on dirty lines? Does the Qmodem program
- include the mail program OLX?
