  18. Sure, it may seem like a stupid practice not to sell to non-Gateway
  19. customers but it certainly isn't illegal.  Especially since they are
  20. out in the open about it.  It would be different if they advertised
  21. these items and didn't have any disclaimers stating this fact.  There
  22. was a case recently reported in PC World about some company selling CD
  23. Rom bundles but not being very clear in their ads that you had to buy
  24. a CD Rom machine from them.
