- Sure, it may seem like a stupid practice not to sell to non-Gateway
- customers but it certainly isn't illegal. Especially since they are
- out in the open about it. It would be different if they advertised
- these items and didn't have any disclaimers stating this fact. There
- was a case recently reported in PC World about some company selling CD
- Rom bundles but not being very clear in their ads that you had to buy
- a CD Rom machine from them.
