  36. Well, enabling Xmodem protocol support can cause trouble for Zmodem if
  37. you're connecting to another Telebit modem.  Try setting S111=0 before
  38. you make the phone call.

  40. That's the only thing that looks unusual.  Make sure your computer can
  41. handle RTS/CTS flow control.  That's what your S58 and S68 settings have
  42. chosen for the modem.
