- Duh, stupid me. What I completely forgot to mention was that it connects to
- the other v.32bis's in question at 12.0kbps instead of 14.4. 12.0 is, of
- course, one of the valid fallback speeds. It will not fall forward to 14.4,
- but it at least maintains the connection.

- (Early PPI 14.4's and some Supra 14.4's have a tendency to fall back from
- 14.4 to 12.0 early in a connection, and then lose the connection entirely.)
