  17. Only one of the systems I regularly connect to is running a Zoom 14.4, and
  18. it does _not_ connect at 14.4 to at least two other brands of modems (my
  19. Practical Peripherals and a friend's Intel).  I don't know whether the
  20. internal one has the same difficulties, but you should be aware of that
  21. potential glitch in the v.32bis implementation.

  23. (If anyone in the S. Jersey area wants to see if the Zoom in question will
  24. connect to _their_ modem at 14.4, the number's 609 778 5572 - I'm curious
  25. as to which brands work with which.)
