  12.         Having recently received a Supra v.32bis, I attempted to
  13. connect to a board using a USR 16.8k modem. After repeated attempts,
  14. all I could get was a 12.0k connect which gave only garbage. I've
  15. tried \n1, \n2, \n3, \n4. None seem to work. The Supra arrived with
  16. 1.2-H ROMS. If the ROM needs to be upgraded (I believe that the
  17. USR 16.8k's are fairly new on the market?) how would I go about
  18. requesting a new set of ROMS? From Supra itself or from the
  19. Mail Order company? Do I need a new set of ROMS or is the connection
  20. problem a result of some other problem? (I'm using factory set &F1)
  21.  
  22. Any help would be appreciated.
