- T-Link is the name of the proprietary, but licenceable, rate adaption
- protocol used by Northern Telecom in their Datapath for DMS switched 56K.
- It also only specifies asynchronous rates up to 19.2K. (I have a copy of
- this one, it's available because it's public network stuff).
