  12. There is a chart on page 71 of the December 1992 issue of Data
  13. Communications magazine which says that MCI "offers basic- and
  14. primary-rate ISDN".  Is this true?  I didn't think that any U.S.
  15. interexchange carrier offered basic rate ISDN.
