  17. ones?  Why not have a little more simplicity..

  21.      READ  - Read messages on current newsgroup
  22.      POST  - Post message on current newsgroup
  23.      MAIL  - read your mail
  24.      FILES - download section
  25.      LIST  - Recent callers
  26.      STAT  - Your Status (change config, etc)

  29.      What else do users do, commonly?  Not much else..  I don't see
  30. much of a reason to document commands more than the above, either.
  31. Users aren't stupid.  Unless they are.  And then what good are they?
