  11. Most failed requests to the archive-server (ANY archive-server)
  12. are due to incorrect format of the request.  In the case of the
  13. one in use at halcyon.com, send your request to mailserv@halcyon.com
  14. (actually most variations on that theme will work).  Subject can
  15. be anything, but in the text of the message, flush left:

  17. send directory/subdirectory/filename.ext

  19. In the case of helld107.zip:

  31. The root directory (/archive) and the primary subdir (pub) must
  32. not be specified, neither should the directory be prefaced with
  33. a '/'.  For those that have not received a response, apologies,
