  15. At Garbo it is still in the queue.  The SIMTEL20 location can be
  16. ascertained from the announcement in comp.archives.msdos.announce. 
  17. If the announcement has already expired at your site then first look
  18. at the stored back issues of the digests of the msdos-ann
  19. distribution list.  If you do not know how to get the back issues
  20. see
