- First a heavy disclaimer, before giving the solution. I am not
- sanctioning dubious practices! Besides I can honestly say that I am
- rather conscientious in registering the shareware programs I adopt.
- I want stress the importance of observing the shareware conventions.
- Nevertheless, there are both commericial and shareware (nad even PD)
- programs that (even after registering) have such a welcome or a
- goodbye screen (or some other information) which I prefer the
- bypass. I use pushing the screen prior the call and popping it
- afterwards. It is very simple to do in a batch file if you have my
- pushscr and popscr. In other words the utilities, which I refer to
- in below, can be used to restore the screen to its original state
- whatever the actual program does (like clearing the screen,
- presenting the welcome/goodbye, confusing the screen, etc).
