  11. I must say I'm dubious, doctor. The problem with a look-up table is that
  12. it's a digital model. I can test it in its ability to follow a chaotic
  13. sequence and identify the level at which it discretizes the world. One
  14. thing I'm convinced of is that the human brain maintains an effectively
  15. continuous model of the world. Even the output of neurons is FM
  16. superimposed on a tagging carrier wave, and so is essentially continuous.
