  29. No, these were intended to be distinct:

  31.    uchi.cs.ai  Internal to uchicago, used by the AI group (in the CS
  32.                Dept) at the Univ. of Chicago
  33.  
  34.    chi.ai      Intended for chi-regional communication on AI topics
  35.                and related matters.

  37. So far as I recall, chi.ai was set up in reasonably regulation manner.
  38. I don't mean to be making any urgings about who should or shouldn't be
  39. carrying it, but may I suggest that you can now resolve the "best
  40. guess" from the passage quoted above.

  42. Certainly within the last year we've found it useful that chi.ai is
  43. (or at least was) received at Northwestern.  I hope it still is.  Are
  44. you sure it wouldn't be of interest to AI folks at Motorola?  It's
  45. pretty low-traffic, which I suppose could be a plus or a minus.
