  58. 1.  Design  data  must  arrive  on or  before  5:00 pm EST  on the  designated  
  59.     Submission Deadline day.

  61. 2.  A "Request For  Implementation"  form must be completed and mailed from an
  62.     authorized representative and arrive  on  or  before  5:00 p.m. EST on the
  63.     designated Submission Deadline day.

  65. 3.  Designs for which the data arrival is late, the RFI arrival is late, which
  66.     contain technology violations or do not  conform  to  the  published  data
  67.     restrictions  (see Appendix B of the document  "Guide  To  The  Integrated
  68.     Circuit    Implementation    Services  Of  The  Canadian  Microelectronics
  69.     Corporation") will be  treated  at a lower priority and will be subject to
  70.     rejection from the fabrication queue.

  72. 4.  Advanced area booking  is  recommended  for  intended  use  of  the CMOS4S
  73.     process;  contact CMC for details.

  75. 5.  All dates are subject to change without notice.

  77. 6.  Use of the CMC Implementation Service is intended primarily for university
  78.     research  and  scholarship activities and  not  for  commercial  purposes.
