  27. Well coquitlam.bc.ca doesn't give you anything for above.  Neither does bc.ca.

  29. The point is that there *is* a registered domain called gov.coquitlam.bc.ca:

  39. Not only is there no SOA, and no MX, the domain registration lists information 
  40. that is not usable (the mailbox addresses).

  46.     The technical contact should have a valid working e-mail address.
  47.     This is necessary in case something goes wrong.
