  14. his minivan to meet Calif, air quality specs.

  16.      I'm not sure that it applies to vehicles brought in from other
  17. states, but there is an upper limit to the amount a person has to pay
  18. to get his vehicle to pass the smog test. It was $50, but was recently
  19. upped to around $200. If you ask at the DMV, make sure the person you
  20. talk to really knows this subject, there is so much to know about so many
  21. regs that not everyone there can give you the "real" answer.
