  11. I am having two problems getting Mailer 2.10 to work fully.  The first
  12. problem is that even though allow-local-netdata=true is specified in
  13. my profile, and even though Mailer tells me:

  17. Mailer still delivers mail in punch format.  That is, when I send a
  18. piece of mail to a local user it is not received in netdata format.

  20. Perhaps the reason it does not send local mail in netdata format is
  21. related to my second problem: when Mailer initializes, it creates
  22. a file called LOAD MAP.  The file contains the following:
