  14.         I think that is a pity, but if behaviour is determined somewhat
  15.         on the Lord of the Flies model, then my objections are futile.

  20. Their meetings were indeed held to a formal protocol (the one which in
  21. Computer Science is called a 'token ring').  It was anything but an anarchy.
