  12. y'know, thinking of Torkel & his translation - he must be pruning an awful
  13. lot of the descriptions & explanations out when he translates something -
  14. I bet the 'dirty rice' is condensed into two or three words rather than
  15. the complete recipes we've had here... and you can't sprinkle a novel like
  16. that with copious footnotes - it just isn't done... so I was thinking, how
  17. about a special 'director's cut' edition with a parallel text and glossary
  18. and social commentary - could start a whole new trend in Swedish bookreading :-)
