  18. I haven't quite figured "Peter Montgomery" out. But I offer some
  19. observations and a tentative conclusion. First, he claims that
  20. Victoria, Canada is the hub of the known universe when he knows
  21. perfectly well (or may even be ignorant of the fact) that
  22. paradise is located in Rhode Island. Again, he is fond of
  23. punning - "Kanajun Clownstitution" and other such remarks.
  24. His knowledge of American common law is suspect, and I won't even
  25. mention his .sig. Are we perhaps dealing with a dangerous man?
