  16. I thought the article was a bit too optimistic, with its overtones
  17. of "we've been here before" and its discussion of "Boomers" was
  18. simplistic.  The caricature Boomers resemble me only at the weak
  19. eyes.  The illustrator forgot that the hippie/radical/loudmouth
  20. Boomers were only a small fraction of the cohort.  Some of the
  21. manifestations of "brain dead" behavior among "Thirteeners" were
  22. common in earlier generations.
