  15. In reply to Wael's request, there's a sharewhare program that will restart
  16. windows. I just picked it up from ftp.cica.indiana.edu. It's called winstrt.zip
  17. in the desktop or utilities directory. It is a VBASIC program and get's
  18. the job done!
