  11. Thanks for the great and thoughtful advice.  Although I'm not attempting to
  12. submit work to quantitative journals, I am now atrying to get a book published,
  13. and am trying to re-kindle interest with a publisher after one reviewer wrote
  14. comments that I did not think were particularly fair, although some of his
  15. points ewere valid.  Anyway, thanks again.
