  17.         I'm relatively new to the this group, so excuse me if I'm bringing
  18. up old news, but I have been reading the list for about a month and no
  19. one has addressed a problem we're having here.  I'm hopeful that perhaps
  20. someone could help me find out what's going on with our RPRINTER TSR.
  21. (The printers attached to the workstations are all defined as REMOTE.)
  22. Every now and then it just disappears out of our workstation's memory.
  23. We're running DOS 5.0 and I use MEM /C to look at the workstation's
  24. memory and RPRINTER just "ain't" there. This has happened on COMPAQs,
  25. IBM-PCs, and Clones.  The people using the workstations are mainly using
  26. WordPerfect off our Novell Network (NetWare 3.11).  It has happened so
  27. sporadically that I wasn't sure, at first, if it really was disappearing
  28. or if people were doing something really silly, but ... now I know it does.

  30.         My question is: has anyone else experienced this?  And, if so, what
  31. the heck is causing RPRINTER to disappear?
