  26. Don't flag window's executables as Execute-only, because they are not executed
  27. using the dos EXEC function call. additionally they (normally ?) open
  28. themselves to read resources (icons, menus, etc)

  30. The only way out of the problem is to re-install , or use your restore
  31. program.
