  14. We've just acquired a program called WinLogin from Microsoft, which enables
  15. far greater control over Windows on a network than previous - allowing
  16. central control over Windows startup based on groups, workstation type,
  17. user, and environment variables. It looks the sort of packge which
  18. Microsoft should have shipped with Windows 3.1 from day 1.  Cost:  30 per
  19. server from Microsoft Upgrade Centre.

  22. be a step forward.
