  11.        I'm having problems using NCSA Telnet (PC Version 2.3.03) with
  12.        NOTISrv.  I've asked NSI about it, but they don't use this
  13.        program.  The problem is:
  14.               On the NOTISrv main menu, the cursors keys for up and
  15.               down do not show on the 'pull-down' sub-menus.
  16.               Therefore it's difficult to figure what item is being
  17.               selected.

  19.               (Below this level the cursors keys do work -- so I doubt
  20.                this keyboard or key-mapping is hay-wire).

  23.        Does anyone have NCSA Telnet working with NOTISrv?  If so, would
  24.        you tell me what version you are using, and if you had to do
  25.        anything special with CONFIG.TEL or key-mappings.

  27.        I'm open for any suggestions.  Kermit for TCP/IP does the same.
