  13. Library has been transferring NOTIS bill and fine charges to the "Bursar's
  14. Office" for over a year and a half.  (Prior to our implementation of the
  15. circulation module in NOTIS, we used to send a weekly tape of bills and fines
  16. originating from our Geac circulation system to the Bursar's.)  Feel free to
