  11. If the user of NB 3.1 who queried about switching to 4.0 is using
  12. the Israeli version of NB (Shapirit), the issue is quite different
  13. from the factors involved in switching from the regular version of 3.1
  14.  
  15. Itamar covered this a few months ago in response to my question. At
  16. that time, as I recall, the bottom line was that for people who
  17. worked mainly in Hebrew, the Israeli 3.1 version was better in several
  18. important aspects than 4.0 was *at that stage in its development*.
