  20. A time ago, Susan Calcari , with the address cerf.net, made know the list nis.
  21. When I tried to subscribe to this list, the reply was that the location
  22. "cerf.net" is not defined. I tried to write to Susan Calcari, about this,
  23. and I learned that "user is unknown"!.
