  12. We have used Silver Platter (MEDLINE, CANCER-CD AND CINAHL) for several
  13. years.  I'm not really displeased with them, but I don't think their
  14. service is as good as it was at first.  (Maybe an increase in customers.)
  15. There are some problems with the disks, and there have been some delays
  16. in getting bad disks replaced.
